After his academic studies at the London School of Economics, Lucas gained several years of experience in strategy and management consulting. As part of his consulting history, he focused on transformation projects for large medium-sized (family-owned) enterprises.

Benedikt Willwerth

Partner & Co-Founder

After studying at TU Dortmund, Benedikt first gained experience at DAX-Corporation Vonovia. Subsequently, he worked several year in top management consulting firms and focused on large strategic transformation projects for DAX and MDAX corporations. 

Nils Heinemann

Partner & Co-Founder

After finishing his degree at Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences, Nils gained several years of experience in strategy consulting. Here, he focused on Smart Performance Management & Post-Merger Integration for large corporations and family-owned enterprises. 

Christian Betov

Business Development Manager

During his Latin American Studies in Salamanca and Bogotá, Christian focused on the development of competitive capacities of SMEs in developing and emerging markets.  Prior to this, he gained several years of experience in strategy and marketing consulting for European medium-sized companies.
